A New Wastewater Bacteria Classification with Microscopic Image Analysis

چکیده

: Microscopic image analysis is used to research the classification and recognition of wastewater bacteria. A improved neural network is put forward for wastewater bacteria classification based on micriscopic image of wastewater bacteria. An adaptive and enhanced edge detection solution for the images of wastewater bacteria is described, which can effectively remove or restrain noises in the images and get clear edges of microscopic image with the varied order of edge detection and segmentation threshold optimization. PCA is used to reduce the eleven features extracted from the images to six primary features. an daptivate accelerated BP algorithm is used to learn to classify the images. The result of tests showed that the image recognition solution described in the paper is effective.
